Come unplug, unwind and connect. This nature immersion and restorative yoga practice will begin as an easeful stroll through the trees, grounding to the earth. We will slowly make our way to a space where we will share a sitting practice, tap into our bodies through guided breathwork and step into gentle movement and conscious rest.
This will be a deeply soothing evening with slow paced movements and passive poses. Each pose will be held to allow our nervous system to feel relaxed and for our minds to quiet.
This evening is welcome to all bodies and all levels. This will be a safe space to rekindle our relationship to our bodies, our hearts and the land that holds us.
